Office Manager

We have an open role for an Office Manager

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day admin support for the Supervisor
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to emails
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Input all necessary information into Quickbooks and designated job system
  • Process and file invoices, bills, purchase orders, etc.
  • Provide superior customer service with excellent phone, electronic, and in-person professionalism

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks (Min 5 years) - accounting and bookkeeping skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Office Manager position
  • Experience using Google Suite products (Mail, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office products

Hours of Work: Mon to Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
