About the Hiring Company and the Role:

Our company has been serving over 3000 businesses throughout North America with their Talent Sourcing and Acquisition needs. We provide clients with a wide range of products and services that were created to attract applicants to their open positions through widespread job advertisement distribution, career website design, social media applications, and recruitment services.

We are a busy office located in Mississauga (Derry and Dixie) is looking to add a Recruiter to our growing team. This person will be a self-starter and a motivated individual. This position will have a base salary plus merit-based with high earning potential

Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday (in-office)

In this position you will:

• Speak with clients, over the phone or face-to-face, and grasp the role they are looking to advertise
• Take notes of the details the clients give you about the role
• Create and update job descriptions
• Source candidates through databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes 
• Complete reference checks
• Contact and schedule interviews with qualified candidates 
• Maintain a long-term relationship with both clients and candidates

The ideal person for this job:

• Has 2+ years of experience as a recruiter
• Has strong organizational skills
• Is able to prioritize and take on multiple workloads 
• Is familiar with HR Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and CRM
• Had outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Is able to make decisions under pressure
