Insurance Technical Support Services Administrator

Mississauga, ON

Our client in Mississauga is currently looking for a Technical Support Services Administrator. This position is for an insurance brokerage, and requires someone with at least 2 years of experience in administration. This is an insurance brokerage, and they would prefer someone with knowledge of the insurance industry; however, are willing to train the right individual providing they come with the appropriate experience within administration and openness in learning.  

  

Position Overview

  • Prepare various client and third-party correspondence
  • Issue policies, including billing requests to national billing team
  • Investigate billing discrepancies
  • Bordereau input and reconciliation
  • Process and handle in/outbound mail and courier
  • Provide reception relief
  • Other duties or projects as assigned within the department

   

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player – ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Applied Epic and other insurance software an asset
