Sales Representative - Recruiting and Hiring Services - Remote

We are seeking a few new sales reps to join our great team.

You will be on the phone and in online meetings all day selling and servicing business clients regarding their recruiting, hiring and hiring technology needs.

The market is hot. Almost every company is hiring and many have multiple jobs open at any time.

You will be selling Recruiting Services, Hiring Assist Services, Job Postings , along with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding technology.

Ideally you have a sales background or always wanted to be in sales and you have some knowledge of the recruitment and hiring industry.

All you do is sell and assist customers; we deliver all the services.

You want the chance to make what you are worth with no impediments. You are running your business within our business. You are an entrepreneur at heart !

You must:

• Speak clear fluent English
• Love being on the phone. Not scared to call potential prospects. 40+ outbound calls daily.
• Able to talk and make notes on the computer at the same time
• Professional phone voice with emotion and tone
• Fast accurate computer skills
• Quick learner and fast thinker
• Not afraid to strategically move toward the sale
• Be able to overcome objections
• Deeply want the opportunity to make over $100,000 annually.
• Self-Motivated and can manage yourself
• Have a quiet home office
• A computer with double monitors or a laptop with a second monitor
• Have a cell phone to take and make calls (No long distance, our system does the calling)
• Have high sped internet

Earning Example

3 New Client specials weekly = You earn $1,500 weekly

2 Job pack specials weekly = $1,148 weekly

1 Recruitment weekly = $2,040 weekly

1 Technology Sale monthly = $750 weekly

Total potential weekly = $5,438 weekly

You will take 3-6 months to get to this level if you work hard and smart and you are talented. This is an example only.
