Inside Sales Representative
Mississauga, ON
We are looking to add to our awesome team!! We are a leading distributor of fasteners, safety products and hand tools and are excited to be expanding and want you to join our team. If you have experience in inside sales this may be the perfect position for you!!
DUTIES
- Answering phones
- Quoting customers utilizing our sales programs (we use 2 internal programs)
- Entering orders using our sales programs
- Follow up with customers regarding orders
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer experience necessary
- Good math skills (for pricing, percentages, fractions, etc.)
- Great communication skills, pleasant phone manner
- Extremely customer service orientated
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Great attitude in general – willingness to embrace change and always learning new products etc.
- Mandarin speaking an asset
HOURS
Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm ( 1 hour lunch)
PAY
$45,000.00-$48,000.00 annual salary paid bi weekly
