Director of Integrated Care

The All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team (ANHP OHT) is seeking a Director of Integrated Care to support the operations of the ANHP OHT and provide leadership for key initiatives that align with local ANHP priorities and required provincial OHT deliverables:
Qualifications
• A Degree in public administration, business administration, healthcare administration or project management, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical/operation leadership in a healthcare or social services environment.
• Minimum 5 years’ successful experience with system planning.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, coach, and manage large, complex teams with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of ANHP communities and familiarity with capacity planning analytics, solutions, and partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
• Demonstrative strategic and creative thinking with the ability to work in an environment of ambiguity.
• Working current knowledge of provincial health care structures, processes, funding mechanisms, and current priorities.
• Working knowledge of population health management and analysis.
• Demonstrated success with financial planning and oversight.
Salary: $125,000 plus benefits
