Dispatch / Accounting Admin

Port Hope, ON

We are looking for a Dispatch/ Accounting Admin to join our growing business, who can provide the necessary support to our current team.

Located in Port Hope, ON

 

This Position would require you to:

  • Receive bin orders and arrange for services
  • Track bins and inventory, create invoices and bill bins
  • Schedule, coordinate and dispatch trucks
  • Coordinate aggregates and large equipment floats and obtaining all relevant permits.
  • Be mindful of health and safety
  • Filing, creating binders, templates and general office duties
  • Assist HR with arranging training and for employee clearances for work sites.
  • Responsible for ISN Network account, including tracking and quarterly reporting
  • Backup for reception
  • Data entry

  • Provide accounting support to company controller and management

  • Identify, manage and resolve client and carrier enquiries and issues when required

  • Request information for credit checks, setup and maintain profiles within the database, generate reports   and spreadsheets

  • Receive payments and process for deposit purposes
