Dispatch / Accounting Admin

We are looking for a Dispatch/ Accounting Admin to join our growing business, who can provide the necessary support to our current team.
Located in Port Hope, ON
This Position would require you to:
- Receive bin orders and arrange for services
- Track bins and inventory, create invoices and bill bins
- Schedule, coordinate and dispatch trucks
- Coordinate aggregates and large equipment floats and obtaining all relevant permits.
- Be mindful of health and safety
- Filing, creating binders, templates and general office duties
- Assist HR with arranging training and for employee clearances for work sites.
- Responsible for ISN Network account, including tracking and quarterly reporting
- Backup for reception

Data entry

Provide accounting support to company controller and management

Identify, manage and resolve client and carrier enquiries and issues when required

Request information for credit checks, setup and maintain profiles within the database, generate reports and spreadsheets

Receive payments and process for deposit purposes
