Office Administrator/Front Desk Receptionist

Mitrex, an Integrated solar and construction solution provider, is looking for a full-time Office Administrator/Front Desk Receptionist to perform general office administrative functions.

  • Must have minimum of 6 months experience in  reception or administrative position (in a busy office setting)
  • Must have experience answering and directing phone calls
  • Must have experience, and be comfortable using Microsoft platforms
  • Must have a professional appearance and demeanour
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have good judgement and be detail oriented.
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized, confident, goal-oriented, and have excellent time management skills
  • Must be results-driven, and be effective working independently
  • Must have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities



  • Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate staff
  • Act as primary telephone contact by receiving, redirecting callers, and managing voicemail
  • Obtain, verify and record client information as required
  • Monitor incoming email and daily work lists and distribute them appropriately
  • Provide a full range of administrative support services including filing, photocopying, incoming/outgoing mail, courier service, order/purchase supplies
  • Manage and send out product samples by courier 
  • Receive and check all mail, and give to the appropriate person
  • Manage office supply inventory and order supplies and necessities
  • Organize catering for in-office and out of office meetings/events
  • Compile reports and data as required
  • Provide support to Business Development Admin team as needed
  • Other office administrative duties as required
