We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Accounts Payable & Cash Management Administrator at our Moncton Corporate Office located in Moncton, NB

Roles and Responsibility:

Ensure all invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner, resulting in current terms with all vendors and taking advantage of all early payment discounts.    Reconciling bank on a daily basis.

Duties:
  • Manage the weekly check runs ensuring aged AP report is reviewed.
  • Deal with check requests and inquiries from vendors and staff at other locations.
  • Monitor to ensure aged invoices are posted, process check for payment.
  • Follow up with new vendors to complete EFT form and set up in equip.
  • Posting of invoices training, personal expenses and corp.
  • Compile spreadsheet and post monthly visas for Upper Management.
  • Review incoming backup and spreadsheets for all visas and ensure balanced in equip. Follow up with admin with feedback on issues with reports.
  • Complete monthly summary report for all company visas and pass to CEO for approval.
  • Cash reconciliation daily CIBC.
  • Monitor RBC account to ensure visas are within limits and move cash to CIBC account. Reconcile weekly.
  • IDT tasks – reset passwords for staff and set up new users in equip, ceres and handle.
  • Cell phones – handle all requests and provide new numbers or changes to Truro admin to update on Bell monthly report.
  • Other tasks as required by Management.

 Support Company Objectives - Ensure all tasks are completed in efficient manner resulting in accurate and timely    results.

 Teamwork - Encourage and support teamwork, work place safety and cooperative fun work environment

 Skills Required: (include education & experience):

  • Post secondary education with an exposure to Accounting and 
  • minimum 2 years in a related position.
  • Knowledge of systems to perform job functions (Equip,JD Set,Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to provide clear direction to sales staff on procedures, controls and systems.
  • Manage own work load to meet deadlines on all assignments.
  • Be respectful and demonstrate sound work ethics.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
