Compensation for this position: $35,000 - $40,000 annual salary

    Our Ideal Person:
    To be completely successful in this position you ideally have at least 2 years in a quality management/internal auditor position within an ISO certified business.  You also have advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.

    This is a very fast-paced environment, so you are eager and outgoing while focused on quality and efficiency. In this role you are working closely with others, so you are a great communicator, goal-oriented and understand company and team objectives.  

    Position Overview:

    To provide a high standard of support required to maintain and develop our company's ISO Quality systems. The successful candidate will report to the Materials Manager and handle process, issuance and maintenance of project and Quality Management System documentation in accordance with agreed procedures. Develop/maintain internal quality system policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and documents.

    Lead auditor and coordinator for all internal and external audits.

    Cost of Quality (COQ) analysis of customer satisfaction, as requested.  Analyze and assimilate data from several sources to generate reports and findings for current and future quality profiling and corrective measures by ensuring accurate utilization of data. Act as our resource for all related COQ information.



    • Post-secondary training in field
    • ISO standards auditor training (may be completed upon hire)
    • Project Management experience preferred
    • Quality and Environmental Systems Management experience preferred
    • 2 years in a quality management/internal auditor position within an ISO certified company


    • Advanced proficiency in Excel
    • Proficiency in BPCS
    • Strong Written and Oral Communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
