We are working with a client in Gatineau who is looking for Bilingual Administrative Support to departmental Managers, and to assist in coordinating all aspects of daily operations. 

DUTIES
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service and operational issues
  • Creates, distributes and closes-out customer tickets on a daily basis
  • Completes and maintains a variety of reports 
  • Assists with Data Collection
  • Communicates with customers about service issues 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications 
  • Must be Fluently bilingual (French and English)
  • Must have over 2 years of relevant experience
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have great customer service skills
