A well-established Transportation client for a number of years in the Kingston area is seeking an energetic and dynamic Office Administrator to join their team to provide temporary coverage for their busy months. This position is weekdays (varying start times).

 Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls
  • Maintaining of filing system
  • Other general administrative duties as required

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer service oriented
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word
  • Previous experience in transportation office (asset)

 Work Environment

The setting is a busy Transportation Company office

Pay rate: $16.00/hour
