Inside Sales Representative

Surrey, BC

Located in Cloverdale/ Langley, our company is an established German chain and sprocket manufacturer based in the Surrey is looking for an experienced Inside Salesperson.

The position is responsible for coordinating with other departments and providing service to customers. Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via outside sales, telephone, email and written and faxed correspondence. Maintain electronic records and systems. Directly and indirectly support outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Enters operations information into the system
• Acts as a liaison between warehouse and customers
• Provides product pricing
• Maintains inventory levels
• Resolve customer service issues
• Services customers via telephone, email and walk ins

Requirements

• Previous experience in the chain and sprocket industry is an asset
• You will have at least 2 years inside or outside sales experience
• Excellent Customer service skills and experiences
• Very good communication skills
• Good computer skills
• A driver’s license

• Monday- Friday schedule
• The company offers a starting salary of $50,000- $55,000/ year (more if you have previous experience in chain and sprocket sales)
