Pricing Administrator

 

Position summary

We are looking for a detail oriented Pricing Administrator to join our team! You’re a “get it done” kind of person who enjoys accuracy within their work, collaborating with different departments, and being the communication hub regarding vendor pricing

The successful candidate would work our of our Home Office located in Surry, BC, 8183 - 130th Street.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all vendor price matrixes
  • Extract information from vendor price lists to import into price matrixes
  • Update price matrices with updated information from the vendor price lists and with exported information from the ERP system
    • Validate the increase amounts are in line with what the vendor has announced
    • Validate the current price export from the ERP system is accurate
  • Upload new sell price levels for all regions in the US and Canada into the ERP system
  • Communicate with Regional Sales Managers, Regional Pricing Administrators the changes that have been made to the price matrices
  • Assist Regional Pricing Administrators to troubleshoot pricing discrepancies within the pricing matrices and within the ERP system
  • Maintain price increase notices to customers
  • Upload vendor purchase prices into Divalto (ERP system)

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly with purchasing and regional sales team and price administration team
  • Experience in a multi-branch environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Excellent decision making and ability to take initiative
  • Extremely organized, strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be a respectful team player

 

Computer Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft EXCEL
  • Ability to manually process high data volume
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office products
