 We work closely with architects, engineers, developers, building owners, general contractors and building designers, to bring cost-effective solutions to unique and distinctive designs.

With two production facilities, and a network of distributors, we are well positioned to provide projects of any size across North America and beyond.

Position Accountabilities:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Reconcile, file, and remit applicable taxes for provinces – including self-assessment
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly closing
  • Balance accounts to subsidiary ledgers
  • Gather data and reports from various departments
  • Record journal entries
  • Reconcile bank accounts for Western Archrib and related entities
  • Complete accounting and reconciliation for subsidiaries:
  • Recording of purchases
  • Internal commissions
  • Record disbursements and notify Finance Team lead and/or Sr. Accountant if any discrepancy


Who we’re looking for:

·         An effective oral and written communicator, at an English Level 7, equivalent to, or higher

·         Able to work a variety of different teams when required

·         Able to use collaborative conflict resolution skills to work through issues and provide solutions

·         Able to maintain focus on objectives and deliverables while handling interruptions

·         An individual who has the desire to learn and grow, professionally and personally

·         Proficient knowledge and skill in computer software and accounting software

·         Sage Quantum 50 or other similar software experience a plus.

·         Previous experience and / or education in financial accounting is considered an asset.

·         Proven problem solver and self-starter.
