Customer Service Representative $1000/WEEK plus Paid Training

We are a company that has been established 5 years ago and we are growing. We are seeking individuals to add to our representative team. The positions will commence immediately with full paid training.

Duties:

  • Provide support and guidance to field service and team.
  • Review service records and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Plan and set sales appointments with customers.
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings when required.
  • Devise strategic plans to improve company’s product positioning in the market space.
  • Monitor sales promotion activities and communicate the programs to all key accounts.
  • Assist in developing marketing initiatives for brand awareness.
  • Distribute all leave behinds & information manuals
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management team.
  • Participate in annual business reviews and provide recommendations if needed.
  • Participate in industry meetings, business events, sales conferences, etc.
  • Manage all corporate dealings effectively and efficiently.
  • Address customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
