Senior Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager, you will have ownership and accountability for Cleanlist’s most important revenue generating products. We are on an incredible growth trajectory and look to you to guide the executive on the product strategy that will see us doubling our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in the next 18 months.

You will define the vision, capabilities, and value propositions of our core B2C products and set a product roadmap that continues to add incremental value based on your intimate understanding of our target markets and anticipating client needs.

 

A Day in the Life of a Product Manager 

You will work closely with sales and marketing to ensure that your channels (direct sales and demand generation) are equipped with the messaging, toolkits, and collateral they need to ensure that they successfully drive your target number. Your extensive work with product development allows you to expertly guide the development and availability of new value-add functionality.

Your “close to the customer” approach enables you to understand and rectify current client product concerns and are able to effectively probe for opportunities regarding future product functionality.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide regular progress on attainment of product revenue targets and a game plan to accelerate growth.

Here are some of the current objectives for the Product Manager role:

 

  1. Build, deliver, and execute your strategic product plans to double our ARR in 18 months

 

  1. Build the product roadmaps that articulate new value-add capabilities and contributing to accelerated growth

 

  1. Serve as the “voice of the client” in identifying product shortcomings and owning their rectification within Cleanlist.

 

  1. Fully understand the market for your products and competitive positioning so that you make expert decisions on strategy and differentiation that drive incredible Unique Selling Propositions.

 

To be successful, you’ll require these skills and experiences:

 

  1. Minimum of 5 years product management experience in the high-tech SaaS industry ideally in data and data management segment.

 

  1. You have held ownership and accountability for products that have achieved double digit growth.

 

  1. Proven skills in working with sales, marketing, and development teams that have delivered exceptional and sustainable growth trajectories.

 

  1. Demonstrable “go-to-market” experience.

 

  1. Product marketing experience that helps guide marketing to deliver value propositioning messaging and drives exceptional demand generation.
